The Godh Bharai (baby shower) of actress Lara Dutta, who is expected to deliver her first baby in February 2012, was held at Olive, Mumbai early in the evening on Monday, December 12. Bollywood star looked overwhelmed with happiness as she flaunted her baby bump for the photographers.

Lara Dutta, who had sister Cheryl Dutta to thank for the fun baby shower, looked luminous in a pink dress at the baby shower. Her husband Mahesh Bhupathi opted for casual clothes like white shirt and blue jeans. Mahesh was right by Lara’s side as they posed for the photographers. Read more…

In the filmi circuit, Lara Dutta’s known to be not too friendly. Her co-star from Housefull, Akshay Kumar, remarks, “She’s a very serious person. She doesn’t talk much.” To this, Lara says, “Yes I don’t talk much when I’m on the sets. You need to be serious about your work.

I’m focussed about what I want to do, so I do that and leave.” But she doesn’t agree to the image that she’s not very friendly. “Watch me when I’m with my friends and you’ll agree that I’m fun-loving,” she said and adds, “About Akshay saying that I don’t talk much, well, with him around, who really gets a chance to talk. The Making of Housefull releasing before the film

The director of the much-awaited film Housefull, Sajid Khan, is leaving no stone unturned to ascertain that the movie becomes the biggest hit of the year. In fact, knowing that the audience may not be able to wait till April 30, when the movie release, he has decided to launch the Making of the movie.

The making will be released way before the release of the film,” Sajid confirms. “It will be released in high definition, since I believe that the movie and the making are equally important.
